I am a Product Documentation Officer at Infomediji d.o.o., a leading provider of VR solutions. I joined the company after working as a Solutions Architect and Senior Product Manager at Samsung Electronics for many years. I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, and I have more than eleven years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.

My core competencies include product management, technical support, training design and delivery, and presales support. I am passionate about creating innovative and customer-centric solutions that deliver value and satisfaction. I have a strong background in service-level agreements, mobile device management, and Linux administration. I am fluent in English, Polish and basic German. I am looking for an opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

2011Started my IT career as Customer Support Technicial, then Product Support Engineer at Fujitsu Technology Solutions

2013As Customer Support Engineer had opportunity to build whole Samsung Knox B2B support team. Also acted as supervisor for ticket management at Samsung

2015As Junior Service support Manager was repsonsible for implementation of Change Management and communication betweeen support and development teams

2016As 2nd Line Team Manager, managed team which provided Microsoft infrastructure oriented support (Exchange, Sharepoint, Active Directory) for British American Tobacco

2017Worked as Incident and Service Manager for DT. Provided business support for SAP ERP for T-Mobile Poland and Magyar Telecom

2017Started as Technical Trainer and Presales Engineer for Hotel Display Solutions at Samsung
2018Additional responsibilities as Training Coordinator for Hotel Display and Smart Signage Solutions
2020Moved to Knox Mobile as B2B Product Manager for EMEA region.
2022Promoted to Senior B2B Product Manager and Product Management Cell Leader.
2023Assigned to role of Solutions Architect to lead One Samsung project

2023Moved to slovenia and joined Infomediji d.o.o. as Product Documentation Officer
